Belt Press Thickening & Dewatering

Belt press thickening and dewatering units provide a cost-effective high performance solution to sludge treatment allowing primary or mixed sludge to be processed effectively and efficiently.

Belt press thickeners can process many types of sludge materials and thicken them to approximately 5% dry solids, while further dewatering can produce a 25% + dry solid cake.
